1
Feature
Compact Vinyl Curtain Booth for Safe and Efficient Operation

This compact vinyl curtain booth, Approx. 3×3×3 meters, allows operators to enter directly and work inside the enclosure.
Easy access to tools and smooth material handling improves overall operational efficiency.
The fully transparent vinyl curtain structure also provides clear visibility from outside the booth, enabling quick response if any issues occur.

2
Feature
Low-Velocity Downflow for Stable, Uniform Airflow

Air Outlet
(Fully laminar flow)

Return Air Inlets
(2 Locations)

The system uses a downflow air supply design that distributes air evenly across the entire ceiling area.
Unlike conventional air-conditioning systems that blow strong air from a single outlet, this design creates a gentle, evenly distributed airflow.
This helps prevent disturbance of sensitive materials such as powders and thin films.

3
Feature
Fast Start-Up Reduces Unnecessary Operation and Running Costs

The system quickly reaches the target temperature and humidity conditions, enabling operation only when needed.
A built-in weekly timer also supports efficient energy management and further reduces operating costs.

4
Feature
Stable Low-Dew-Point Performance — Even with a Curtain Enclosure

Despite its vinyl curtain structure, the system maintains a stable low-dew-point environment.
Even when the dew point temporarily rises due to operator entry or moisture generated during operation, the control system quickly restores stable conditions.

5
Feature
Easy Installation

The dehumidification unit can be installed close to the booth, minimizing ductwork requirements and layout constraints.
This eliminates the need for large-scale building modifications.

6
Feature
Easy Touch Panel for Simple Operation

The system is equipped with Easy touch-panel interface.
Once the initial settings are completed, operation is limited to simple ON/OFF control via buttons.
Operating status and system settings can be easily monitored on the display, ensuring stable operation even when operators change.

7
Feature
Simple Design for Easy Maintenance

The air-conditioning unit can be operated and maintained in the same way as standard equipment.
Primary consumables are limited to filters, with clearly identifiable replacement points.
Even if the vinyl curtains become contaminated, they can be partially replaced quickly and easily.

FAQ

Q
Can a curtain booth maintain a low-dew-point environment?
Yes. Nihon Spindle, a DRY BOOTH manufacturer, has extensive experience in humidity control through precise airflow management and advanced dehumidification technology.
Based on this expertise, DRY BOOTH maintains a stable low-dew-point environment through optimized airflow control and proprietary booth design.
Q
How long does it take to reach the target dew point?
A When no operators are inside the booth, the target dew point is typically reached within 1–2 hours. Actual performance may vary depending on ambient temperature and humidity conditions.
Q
Can the booth size be customized?
The standard size is available in one size (3 × 3 × 3 m).
However, depending on project requirements, alternative configurations may be considered.
Q
Is cleanroom compatibility available?
Installation of a HEPA filter is possible. The achievable cleanliness class can be discussed based on your requirements.
Q
How is the system operated?
The system is operated via a touch panel interface.
ON/OFF control can also be scheduled using a built-in timer function.
Q
How long does installation take?
Installation typically takes about one week, depending on site conditions.
A supervisor from Japan can be dispatched if required to support installation, commissioning, and start-up.
Q
What utilities are required?
The system requires 3φAC200V power supplies, as well as cooling water.
An exhaust duct and drain piping from the dehumidification unit are also required.
