AI Models for Masterless Picking
The Eureka Controller handles unfamiliar or randomly placed objects without needing CAD data or object models. It works with suction cups or other grippers and adapts to new items and conditions, ensuring stable, reliable grasping even in unpredictable environments.
High-Accuracy Calibration
By precisely calibrating cameras, robots, and end-effectors, the system achieves sub-millimeter accuracy (<0.2 mm) for vision-guided tasks. It works with standard 2D and Eureka 3D cameras—no special equipment needed—and has powered over 25 million HA-HA operations in production.
Deep-Learning Computer Vision
Eureka offers intuitive tools for annotation, model training, and deployment, achieving near-100% success rates. With cloud training and ready-to-use models for defect detection, OCR, and barcode reading using standard 2D cameras, setup is fast and flexible.
Real-Time Motion Planning
