The COBOTTA PRO combines high productivity with advanced safety, operating at maximum speed when no workers are nearby and adjusting its motion as workers approach. Equipped with proprietary torque sensors on each axis and functional safety features like torque, speed, and area monitoring, it ensures worker protection.
Teaching Made Easy
The newly developed direct teach function for COBOTTA PRO allows users to quickly and easily create complex, precision-driven tasks. Optional features like fine adjustment and plane surface alignment make direct teaching even more intuitive, simplifying even the most advanced applications.
Simple, Intuitive Programing
With BLOCKLY, a visual programming language, even beginners can quickly create advanced robot applications without syntax errors. Its drag-and-drop interface and custom icons make operations easy to identify, enabling users to master the system and build programs in no time.
Integrated Internal Wiring
The slim arm features integrated air piping, Ethernet, and signal wires running internally up to the flange. This design minimises the risk of wire damage while enhancing usability and reliability.
Specially Designed Torque Sensor
Denso has engineered an ultra-lightweight, high-rigidity, and high-precision torque sensor module that maintains exceptional control performance, even during high-speed operations. This sensor enables the use of high-output motors, boosting acceleration and contributing to some of the fastest speeds in the collaborative robotics industry.
Available for Clean Room
COBOTTA PRO is optionally available in a Clean Room Class 5 variant (Clean Type), compliant with ISO 14644-1 standards.
