HIOKI FA1240-60 In-circuit Flying Probe Tester offers fast and efficient in-circuit testing for SMT board assemblies. It eliminates the need for fixtures, enabling quick setup and effective detection of misplaced, faulty, or poorly connected components. HIOKI’s unique resistance testing and solder joint integrity tests ensure rapid, damage-free evaluation, while the four-terminal measurement detects even the smallest differences in solder quality. The automated optical inspection (AOI) function provides reliable analysis of component position, presence, and polarity. The FA1240 operates at speeds of up to 40 steps per second with a 0.15mm probing pitch.
