Flexible PCB Routing for Different Production Requirements

Select the SAM-CT23Q for compact and flexible production or the
SAM-CT23S for CCD-assisted positioning and enhanced process control.

CUT QUALITY

Low-Stress PCB Separation

Precision routing supports smooth board edges and helps reduce
mechanical stress on circuit boards, components and solder joints.

COMPACT DESIGN

Desktop Installation

Compact machine dimensions make the desktop series suitable for
production environments with limited installation space.

PCB HANDLING

Flexible Fixture Options

Universal, dedicated and board-receiving fixtures can be selected
according to the PCB layout, product variety and production volume.

MODEL SELECTION

23Q or 23S

The 23Q prioritises flexibility and cost efficiency. The 23S adds
CCD alignment, automatic depth adjustment and enhanced traceability.

MODEL COMPARISON

Compare SAM-CT23Q and SAM-CT23S

Both models support PCB sizes up to 250 × 350 mm. The main
differences are positioning technology, motion control, depth
adjustment and production flexibility.
