What nut shapes does the Zak Feeder support?
Square and flange nuts as standard. T-nuts, rhombus nuts, and special nuts are also available depending on the model. Contact us to confirm compatibility with your specific nut shape.
What is the maximum feeding capacity?
30 to 100 pieces per minute, depending on the nut shape and size.
Can the Zak Feeder handle different nut sizes?
Yes. The sorting plate can be replaced to accommodate different nut types. For escapement specifications, the escapement will also need to be replaced at the same time. Contact us at the time of ordering to specify the right configuration.
What air pressure is required?
Operating pressure is 0.4 MPa. Maximum pressure is 0.7 MPa. Compressed air is used as the power source — oxygen or combustible gas must not be used.
What is the operating temperature range?
-5°C to +40°C, with humidity up to 80% RH. The unit should not be exposed to freezing conditions.
How often does the Zak Feeder require maintenance?
Daily checks of air pressure and nut levels are recommended. The inside of the main body should be cleaned weekly to remove oil and foreign matter, as buildup can affect sorting performance.
